The project included a ground-up foundation on drilled piers, concrete board form retaining walls, and vertical shotcrete walls finished with smooth architectural detailing. Concrete stairs, landings, and patio spaces were also integrated throughout the property, creating seamless transitions between the home and surrounding hillside landscape
